What are my delivery options?

Different combinations of delivery methods may be offered, depending on factors that include the venue or country where the event is to be held, the country in which you live, how much time is left before the event starts, whether it is a holiday season and the nature of the demand for the event. Please carefully review the list of delivery methods offered during the purchase process.

Generally, some of the following delivery methods may be offered, subject to additional restrictions some of which are described further below:

Box Office Collection

Depending on the circumstances and for some events, you may have to collect your tickets from our Box Offices near the venues.

In order to pick up your tickets, you may be required to present:

• A valid photo ID, driver's license or passport.
• The credit card you used to purchase the tickets.
• Your confirmation number.

The box office will not release tickets if the name on the ID and credit card does not match the name used to purchase the tickets from World Cup Tickets or if the photo on the ID does not appear to be the photo of the person retrieving the tickets.

Special Delivery

For events that occur in the UK, but only if you make your ticket order at a time that is sufficiently before the date of the event.

To help you find events more easily, we've organized our events in four easy-to-browse categories. Just click on a link at the top of any World Cup Tickets page to see events that are grouped as sports, music, theatre, hospitality.

To find a specific event, simply type the partial or full name of the event into the search box.

Example: To find a specific "Event" like Arsenal TYPE "Arsenal"

Avoid typing long queries like "premiership football match in cardiff"
